Instructions
Prepare the Ribeye's
  1. Poke holes in steaks with knife.
  2. Put steaks and 4 Tablespoons of Tommye Dell’s in a plastic bag.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Finishing the dish
  1. Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add steaks to hot skillet one at a time; cook 3-4 minutes (depending on the doneness you desire).
  3. Turn steaks over add salt and pepper (to taste); add onions, mushrooms, and butter.
  4. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes (depending on the doneness you desire). Enjoy!
